If i decline the request of the offline mode, it will load forever. When I hop on another device, I deleted it and reinstall it, but yet again it's from the previous save data, after closing and reopening the app on the device, it gets stuck on 84% and will not load until it says "servers are down you can play offline mode" and such. Whenever I go to another ipad Iphone or anything of that sorts it manages to get past the number 84%, and that is where i see my previous old old save data in which that what ever I do gets reverted back to it's original save data.
But then again it still persists to go back on my previous old,old,old save data. I've been in settings in where i turn off Icloud, and to where I completely wipe off data of that app, and to where the system does a full delete removal of that app. And I have absolutely no idea on how to completely restart everything from scratch. So this has been happening for almost two years now.
